BUILDING
New construction built with KlimaHaus A nature- standards, with energy from solar and photovoltaic systems and heat pump. Controlled ventilation system. Elevator, large terrace at the second floor to share. Parking spaces or boxes at the second basement. Laundry at the first basement for tenants only. At the ground level there’s a COOP supermarket and soon also a bar/bistro.
APPARTMENTS
The flats are situated on floor 1 to 4. Each bedroom has its private loggia in front of a large glass door with roll shutters and is furnished with a bed, a cabinet, a desk and a chair. Controlled ventilation system in every room. Each flat has a cooking space with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, sink and dishwasher, completed by a snack area. The bathroom has a shower cabin, basin, bidet and toilet. Some apartments have 2 bathrooms and a cellar.
Parking spaces or boxes can be rented separately.
Minimum rental period: 12 months
